Each session is organized in small groups and allows you to prepare a dish (Starter and Main Course or Main Course and Dessert) in the same module. At the beginning, a short presentation on Moroccan cuisine to allow you to know the history and traditions of the ‘Dish of the Day’. During the cooking class, you will have all the information and details relating to the preparation and cooking of your dish, as well as easy-to-use equipment that can be found in all kitchens.

At the end of each workshop, participants can taste the dishes prepared in the shade of the olive tree on the patio of La Maison Arabe.
